Receptionist - Front of House

We are currently seeking a receptionist for a 4* Countryside Hotel in Northamptonshire.

Whittlebury Park is a 254-bedroom hotel with a bustling conference centre, award winning spa, expansive golf course and event venue.

**Duties Include**:

- Greeting guests & handling requests
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure the optimum guest experience
- Managing the check in/out process
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Administrative reception tasks
- Communicate with and assist other departments where necessary
- Maintain good knowledge of Whittlebury Park & what it can offer
- Upselling hotel facilities & potential sales opportunities
- Be a passionate, motivated and enthusiastic receptionist
- Confident ability to communicate and establish rapport
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Be able to work alongside others, but also self-motivate
- Excellent grooming standards
- Competent IT proficiency

Due to the remote location, own transportation is required.

**Salary**: 40hrs per week, £21,850 per annum, £10.50ph
