Summary

Do you enjoy helping children with challenging behaviour to reach their full potential? Cribden House School is an Outstanding special school for primary aged children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties. Many of our children have additional needs eg ASC, Speech and Language, ADHD and other learning difficulties.
They need positive, supportive adults to help them succeed in school. We are looking for a teaching assistant who is:<
- energetic, fun and enthusiastic
- can engage and motivate reluctant learners
- is calm, tolerant and resilient<
- has excellent behaviour management and de-escalation skills

Essential Qualifications
- NVQ level 2 or above qualification appropriate to the post (or equivalent)
- Maths and English Level 2

Essential Experience
- Experience of supporting pupils in a school setting

Desirable Experience
- Experience of working in a SEMH special school/PRU/residential children's home setting/ASC setting
