- Strong knowledge of executive-level recruitment processes and best practices
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo, Workday, or similar platforms
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about talent acquisition
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for lead generation and relationship management is a plus

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
