An exciting opportunity has come in for a Sales Coordinator working for a dynamic and forward thinking Global Logistics company
Duties
Reporting to Managing Director
Create direction support plan for commercial development
Working closely with and interacting with overseas offices for quotations and negotiations
Deal with customer development - new & existing
Deal with overseas agents, development, quotations and routed business
Support and monitor Philippines team to quote and follow up
Maintain a full report of clients/agents quoted on a weekly basis and conversion ratio
Assist to source buying rates from suppliers and agents
Head up sales meetings with inter offices/clients & UK office
Work on presentation, marketing and website development
Understand and follow budget projections for UK office
Fully proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Adobe programs

Salary £28,000
