Multitask Recruitment Solutions have an exciting new opportunity for a Commercial Account Advisor for our client based in Lancaster.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30 pm and Friday 8:00 am - 1:30pm.

Salary depends on skills, competence, and experience.

**Duties include**:

- Be the customer face of the business; managing the whole sales process from onboarding customers to finding a solution for their needs within FMP.
- Regularly meet with existing customers and ensure a high level of interaction and visibility.
- Plans, organizes and conducts activities within its area in an effective manner.
- Reports deviation on behalf of customer and FMP and take corrective action.
- Take action to achieve KPIs.
- Keep up-to-date with customers market trends to ensure the customers’ business needs and opportunities area understood and met.
- Identify new opportunities for existing business within new and existing ranges to drive sustainable, profitable customer growth.
- Lead and manage annual cost reviews for given customer base.
- Work as team to forecast annual/quarterly/monthly sales value and volume budgets.
- Responsible for hosting customer visit and site tours.

**Skills and experience**:

- Experience of working within a high volume manufacturing environment ideally from pharmaceuticals/medical/food devices in commercial role.
- Experience of selling and ability to lead projects.
- Good working knowledge / understanding industry standards & related procedures.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the customer base.
- Flexibility to change priorities in response to daily challenges.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Self-driven, with an enthusiastic approach and positive attitude.
- Excellent computer skills.
