We are seeking a Band 6 Theatre Clinical Educator to join our Theatre Team at St Mary's Managed Clinical Service, working in our ORC site.

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced individual to deliver high quality, evidence based education to all member's of the St Mary's Theatre team.

This exciting and role in will focus on educating staff at all levels encouraging them to learn, develop and grow to their fullest potential in line with current national standards. You will ensure staff are supported to develop their core to undertake their role proficiently and work in conjunction with the senior nursing team, medical team, clinical education team and peers from other areas.

The successful applicant will work to ensure our established workforce are kept up to date with their training requirements and that new starters to the department are guided appropriately through the induction/initial integration process within the team.

Lead on Phase 2 of the Band 2 Development programme.

This is an extensive role that would suit a passionate, dynamic, inspiring professional with the drive for excellence and success.
