Hotel Receptionist

Are you a friendly and customer-oriented individual looking for a rewarding career in the hospitality industry? We are currently seeking a Hotel Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional service to our guests.

**Duties**:

- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome upon arrival
- Check guests in and out of the hotel using our computerized reservation system
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficient in using phone systems and computerized reservation systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: £11.75-£12.00 per hour
