The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for:

- Process all purchase invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain up-to-date vendor files and records.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to resolve invoice issues.
- Respond to supplier queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

- A proven track record within a busy finance team
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in building positive working relationships with suppliers
- A genuine desire to learn
