Remuneration: £37,500 OTE £60,000

The role of the Sales Estimator - Contract Flooring will involve:

- Sales Estimator position dealing with a range of contract flooring projects such as; vinyl flooring, carpet flooring, wood, laminate, carpet tiles, matting & safety flooring
- Managing the full process of tenders and estimations from start to finish for client
- Client facing role split 50:50 between office and field dealing with commercial end users
- Meeting with clients to gain an understanding of project requirements
- Conducting surveys and measurements to compile quotes
- Producing accurate quotations to client
- Following up quotations to convert sales
- Produce hand over packages for the operations/installations teams to complete the project
- Prioritise own workload to ensure customers’ deadlines are met

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Estimator - Contract Flooring with:

- Must have estimating experience within the flooring market sector
- Must be from a client facing background
- Ideally will be familiar with various flooring systems such as; vinyl flooring, carpet flooring, wood, laminate, carpet tiles, matting & safety flooring
- Excellent relationship building experience
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good understanding of CRM System
- Self-driven, results orientated with ability to multi task
- Robust, positive outlook and team player (able to cope well under pressure)
- Mental agility, enthusiastic and articulate
