**HR and Recruitment Administrator**

**(30- hours per week)**

A rare opportunity has arisen at Enabling Futures Ltd (based in Hollingworth, near Glossop), who are looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic administrator, with HR and/or recruitment administrative experience.
- Liaising with Managers within our Homes to arrange interviews.
- Setting up HR files and managing ongoing staff compliance, in line with the requirements of CQC and Ofsted audits.
- Issuing staff contracts.
- Conducting induction sessions for all new starters, including the preparation and issuing of relevant paperwork.
- Conducting HR audits on an ongoing basis.
- Managing agency staff compliance and maintaining a comprehensive compliance database.
- Ensuring that all HR systems are monitored, updated and maintained.
- Updating the Home’s policies and procedures on an annual basis.

**The Successful Applicant**
- Be proficient in using Office 365 in particular, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Have excellent written and communication skills.
- Have experience of working in an office environment.
- Have the ability to work accurately and independently.
- Have experience of managing and prioritising their own workload.

Previous recruitment/HR experience would be advantageous.

**Key Information**

Part-time vacancy - 30 hours per week to be worked Monday to Friday.

Salary dependant on experience.

Applicants will need to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
