**Position Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Education Tutor to join our team. As an Education Tutor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students in their academic journey, providing personalised instruction and guidance. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality tutoring services to students of various ages and educational backgrounds. This part-time position requires a passion for education and a strong commitment to student success.

**Qualifications & Experience**

**Responsibilities of the Academy Education Tutor**
- Offer personalised tutoring sessions to students, tailoring instruction to their specific learning needs, goals, and curriculum requirements.
- Prepare engaging and structured lesson plans based on the student's academic level and objectives, incorporating appropriate teaching methods and materials.
- Regularly evaluate students' progress and learning outcomes through various assessment methods.

**Main Accountabilities**
- Management and organisation of the BTEC / SEP education programmes by completing assessment plans, schemes of work and schedules.
- Plan, and deliver challenging and engaging lessons as part of the BTEC / SEP education courses that meet the individual needs of each learner.
- Assessment of learners throughout BTEC / SEP programmes in compliance with Premier League and Awarding Organisation policies.
- Maintaining up-to-date tracking of each learner and providing a reporting platform to give constructive feedback to learners and parents in line with Premier League’s 6-Week Review Cycle.
- Conforming to Internal Verification requirements of the Premier League and provide samples for external scrutiny.
