KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a floor layer with Innovex you will be responsible for the preparation and installation of a range of floor coverings in commercial and site conditions including:

- Working closely with the designated contracts managers.
- Liaising with our clients direct.
- Site Measures & Scoping of new opportunities
- Liaising with clients & project teams.
- Working accurately from detailed plans and specifications.
- Using hand tools, power tools and specialist equipment.
- Measuring, marking & cutting floorcoverings.
- Installing floor coverings including carpet tiles, vinyl, ideally ceramic and other

types of flooring.
- Working alongside clients and other trades on commercial sites, in public spaces

and commercial settings.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Currently self-employed with your own vehicle looking at joining an ambitious

growing company on a PAYE basis after the initial probationary period.
- Must be passionate about delivering a high-quality service.
- Holds the relevant trade qualifications.
- Experience in a similar commercial floor laying role and ideally competent in

other trades.
- Be able to anticipate problems and ensure early intervention.
- Possess strong communication skills and be able to deal directly with our clients.
- Experience of managing multiple objectives and jobs at any one time.
- Expert knowledge within the construction industry.

This is a great opportunity:

- Self employed with your own vehicle for the initial 3 month probationary period.
- After the 3 month probationary period move onto PAYE with a company vehicle provided.

Hours: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday with some weekends & nights to suit our programs.

Remote Working with site visits to multiple projects around the UK.

**Salary**: £10.58-£25.16 per hour
