Warehouse Coordinator

This role is to support the technical kit required for large scale installations. You will be based within a warehouse environment receipting and processing technical kit for large projects. We do require a good level of numeracy and administration skillscoupled with stock management and manual handling. **Purpose and Objectives of the Role**
Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities. Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals. Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operationsdelivery.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for processing all RMA’s.
- Checking materials on receipt for damage.
- Ensuring all project materials are ready for the install team.
- Managing stock by utilising the stock management system, this includes the ordering, replenishment, delivery and return processes.
- Ensuring that the critical spares process is followed.
- To visit the various stock locations on a regular basis as directed and ensure that all materials are collected and returned.
- To ensure that waste materials are disposed of in line with company procedures.
- To carry out monthly stock checks of all equipment recording, condition and quantities.
- To ensure that all materials are stored safely and in-line with health and safety procedures.
- Where directed provide onsite support to Engineers.
- Please note that on occasion logístical support to the overall business will be required.
