Due to continued growth, Pilgrim Foodservice Ltd is seeking a highly analytical and organised individual to join our team as a Product Scheduler. Being a Product Scheduler, means you are responsible for managing product stock levels to ensure that we have the right amount to meet our customer demands. You will be expected to build a positive working relationship with our fantastic Warehouse team, to support efficiencies by way of delivery times, quality and format.

With your previous experience in scheduling or planning, you will bring strong communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, and colleagues. You will have a calm and positive approach to work and can easily incorporate Pilgrim Foodservice’s core values of Trust, Respect, Innovation and Integrity.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of products.
- Reviewing stock levels of products and ordering additional quantities, when necessary, based on business requirements and customer demands.
- Ensuring products are delivered on time and in full in line with the supplier performance business targets.
- Monitoring, updating, and improving daily out of stock reports, in line with the department KPI.
- Working closely with the operations team to ensure we support efficiencies by way of deliveries, delivery times, delivery format and quality.
- Review & reduce waste levels in line with the department targets.
- Previous experience in scheduling or planning, preferably within the food industry or short life products
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent numerical and analytical abilities to be able to interpret data.
- Proficient computer skills including ERP knowledge.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, colleagues, and other relevant stakeholders.
