**Senior Quantity Surveyor - Residential Developer - Up to £85,000 + Bonus + Benefits**

Potensis Selection are working with a Residential Developer looking to bring a Senior Quantity Surveyor into their Central London Team. They have a bespoke development based near Clapham Junction,

The role will involve procuring sub-contractors, and then both managing and paying those sub-contractors throughout the build process. Alongside this, budgets must be produced, and costs controlled throughout the project - negotiating variations as necessary.Monthly project progress checklists will be carried out, alongside audits of the valuation process.

Other responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and overseeing budget cost plans to assist with the appraisal of new development opportunities.
- Perform risk and value management.
- Establish relations with subcontractors, suppliers, architects and clients.
- Estimating and reviewing quotations and ensuring they are cost effective.
- Daily supporting to the Commercial Director & Commercial team.
