- **This is a 3-month temporary role with the potential to be extended or to become permanent.**_

**Resident Liaison Officer’s Core Duties**
- Communicate planned works to residents and answering questions
- Coordinate and host all residents’ meetings
- Identify any necessary resident data (language barriers, health concerns, etc)
- Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
- Ensure that all Health & Safety and quality standards are adhered to
- Proactively resolve all issues quickly and effectively
- Update all flyers and visual communications
- Gather and report on all post-installation feedback from residents
- Identify lessons to be learned for future works

**Resident Liaison Officer’s Skills & Experience Required**
- Previous resident liaison experience
- Good experience within Customer Services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s Grade C and above including Maths and English
- Work under pressure and be able to multi-task
- Good IT skills
- Respectful, discrete, and sensitive
- Team player and comfortable working independently
- Have own transport

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Enfield, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
