We are currently working on behalf of a Housing association. My client is currently looking for Multi Traders to carry out day to day repairs and maintenance within occupied properties in Croydon ONLY.

This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation with plenty of room for progression.

Duties will include:

- Carpentry - Hang doors, skirting, architrave
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Tiling
- Flooring
- Patch Plastering

This is a permanent position and you will receive the below:

- Company van
- Fuel Card
- 21 days holidays
- Generous Annual bonus
- Pension

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £34,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- On-site parking

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
