**Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Month end - raising and sending out TM invoices
- Month end - raising and sending out FP invoices
- Monthly framework reporting
- Monthly Commissions reporting
- Managing sales ledger mailbox
- Weekly Credit control reports
- Set up projects (new & extensions) in intacct
- Updating projects in intacct with new/changes to resources
- Update project with PO details
- Update active project forecast with days remaining each month

Personal Specification
- Experience working within same role
- Minimum 3 years experience working as a Financial Assistant
