In the role of Customer Sites Co-ordinator your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure delivery of consistent services to meet the Service Levels and fulfil obligations in the Agreement
- Communications internally and to the client
- Legislative and client Policy compliance
- Act as a point of contact for client Damage and Loss
- Management of Damage and Loss information and Database
- Customer relationship management
- Provide accurate and timely reporting

To succeed as a Customer Sites Co-ordinator you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours:
- Excellent customer service, communication and relationship building skills
- MS Outlook and Microsoft Word/ Excel skills
- Hire industry would be preferred but not essential as training will be provided
- Able to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues
- Effective administration, planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT/Computer skills. MS Office including Excel and Outlook & experience of database entry
- Experience working in a busy team environment
- Able to resolve issues quickly and keep the customer informed.
