We're looking for a compassionate and caring person to join our Liberty, Advocacy and Voice (LAV) Team. You'll come on board to support, facilitate, and coordinate our representation service, and group advocacy work for disabled people.

Here at Mosaic 1898, we support over 2,000 people every week in Leicestershire who live with disabilities.

Our dedicated staff team and volunteers help make it all happen and work together to deliver life-enhancing support, care, and opportunities.

Our charity was founded in 1898 and since then we have gone on to change the lives of hundreds of thousands of disabled people and all who support them. Now, in 2023, we’re far from finished and are looking for the latest addition to our team who’ll help us further our reach and continue to make a real difference.

**About the role**

This role will work with the LAV Service Manager to coordinate the delivery of quality person-centred services.

You will lead and facilitate Mosaic 1898’s Service User Participation service (SUPs), empowering people with learning disabilities, mental health, and Autism, to have a pro-active voice with the Local Authority and to share their lived experience. You will have line-management responsibilities for a team of Local Leaders.

You will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the services, and work with the team to plan, evaluate, and improve processes and outcomes for all.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,400.00 per year

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
