The postholder will be part of the senior clinical team with a priority on the delivery of the service. The post holder will be encouraged to develop their clinical skills and progress in the post, taking on an increasingly complex caseload. Whilst service delivery is important, contributions to the wider trust as a medical leader in fields such as research, audit, outcomes, management and teaching will be expected and supported by the department and QVH.
