Carswell farms operate over 3000 acres with 5 organic grass based dairy farms across the South West. 2 spring calving, 2 autumn calving and 1 split block calving systems, all associated youngstock reared on farms. We also have a holiday let business a wedding venue and commercial lets. As a business we are enthusiastic about conservation and regenerative farming techniques.

With this job you could be calving cows on the cliff tops of the South Devon coast to milking cows in

Cornwall, to helping with conservation and forestry projects, to helping with establishing new organic crops. Plus more

So, if you are motivated by learning helping others with your top communication skills and ‘can do attitude’ and want to be part of a big team then we are keen to hear from you.

Some experience would good but ongoing training will be given.

We operate a 11/3 rota all season plus 33 days holiday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
