Restaurant Supervisor

**WANTED FOR A WELL ESTABLISHED LINCOLN HOTEL IN THE BAILGATE AREA**

Located in the heart of the Cathedral quarter with a 1AA Rosette restaurant. We are looking for experienced restaurant supervisors with a good work ethic to join our team.

You must be confident and able to work alone or/& as part of a team and work well under pressure.

The job will be mornings, evenings and weekends, so flexibility in working hours will be essential.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Meeting and greeting guests
- Taking guest orders
- Serving food and beverage including alcoholic beverages and wines
- Completing satisfaction checks and action all feedback
- Taking payments
- Opening and closing procedures
- Ensuring work area is clean and tidy before closing
- Cash handling
- Leading the team through a busy service
- Supporting the operation of the restaurant

Requirements;
- Smart appearance
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for guest service

**Salary**: From £11.75 per hour

Expected hours: 7.00 - 12.00 per week
