We are seeking an experienced Fleet Administrator to join our team.

**The Role**

The main responsibilities of this role include ensuring the company's fleet vehicles are correctly maintained and ready for use, keeping up with fleet legislation, and looking for ways to improve efficiency.

An individual interested in taking the next step in their career and working within fleet administration would be well suited for the role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing the overall company fleet cars
- Arranging maintenance/services and ensuring road worthiness of vehicles
- Ensuring vehicles are road worthy and renew MOT’s
- Managing the Vehicle Tracker Systems
- Drilling into driver behaviour to make improvements
- Drilling into the fleet camera system to build reports on driver behaviour
- Working along side the compliance department on any insurance aspects
- Purchasing and disposing of vehicles
- Analyse accident report forms
- Raising maintenance/service PO’s and matching off invoices on receipt
- Place short term rental booking requests
- Update company fleet management system to reflect current vehicle allocations
- Analyse daily vehicle inspections forms
- Ensure company drivers have completed relevant training
- Analyse fuel spend, manage fuel card allocation and looks at ways to reduce fuel costs
- Ensure the correct P11D declarations are made for vehicles
- Purchasing of new vehicles

**About you**:

- Have excellent communication skills
- Have excellent PC skills in Microsoft
- Be able to prioritise workload
- Be resourceful and be eager to research aspects that relate to the job
- Have at least 2 years previous experience in a similar role
