Wood Machinist

We are a furniture frame-making company, supplying chair and sofa frames of all types to the upholstery trade. Established over 50 years ago, the company has a solid customer base in a wide variety of markets. We need to increase our capacity as customer demand has increased lately. This job involves setting and operating wood-working machines to produce batches of solid wood and panel-product components for our frames. There will also be frame assembly and CNC routing operations required with other duties as our workload varies.

This is a full-time position, 40 hour week, with occasional overtime, 20 days holiday per annum, and with the opportunity to progress within our business. Own transport is an advantage as we are located out of town with limmited access to public transport.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
