We are recruiting for a Stock Coordinator who will be based in our warehouse on Stratton Business Park in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. The successful applicant will be highly numerate with excellent attention to details, as well as having demonstrable Excelskills and an interest in ladies fashion.You will ideally have previously worked in an adminsitrative role.

The Stock Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the correct amount and type of stock is allocated to a given number of concessions, following trend guides and pick planners provided by management.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Allocating stock to Apricot concessions in the UK and overseas
- Communicating regularly with the Apricot Field Team and stores about stock levels, best-sellers and visual merchandising standards
- Updating office teams about new clothing lines information
- Tracking and processing stock transfers
- Inputting markdowns
- Generating reports
- Arranging stock recalls
- Entering sales data where applicable
- Answering the telephone
- General administrative duties

Transport links to the site are limited, applicants will therefore ideally be able to get to work without having to rely on public transport.
