Duties involved include.
- Scheduling team meetings.
- General admin support for senior recruitment team.
- Management of CRM/ATS system.

- 2-3 years experience within a customer-engaging role.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is desired but not essential.
- Passionate about learning and self-development.

This role includes quality structured training and, on the job, learning from experienced successful recruiters within the team. The opportunity to earn commission will present itself when fully trained. This is a great opportunity for someone with a good attitude looking to grow with a business.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
