Ready to take the next steps in your career within a rapidly growing multinational infrastructure services provider with an excellent record of supporting growth and development? You will take a leading role in the high-level design and establishment ofthe basic structure of systems used by the organisation. This would be an ideal opportunity for a solutions-focused individual that is keen to develop their managerial skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a small team of developers whilst managing the relationship with group service providers.
- Provide the framework and work with the development and software outsourcers to produce software development and software testing processes and standards.
- Maintain communication between the Business Change Manager, Business Analysts, and the development outsourcers to understand their requirements and ensure that the high-level design remains fit for purpose.
- Review the outsourced software development and software testing services being delivered to the group and work with the providers to implement changes as necessary.
- Previous experience in a similar role, or currently in a deputy role looking to take their next career step.
- Extensive knowledge of IT systems and high-level technical skills.
- Previous experience of software development and system integration, and management of the end-to-end software development cycle.
- Experience of supporting and developing systems in an enterprise environment.
- Experience in supplier relationship management and dispute resolution.
- Understanding of Prince 2 project management methodology.
- Financial and budgeting experience.
- Degree or professional equivalent is desirable.
