**Job description**

**RESPONSIBLITIES**

The role’s responsibilities will be:

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Provide information about products and services
- Handle our returns system and book labels for customer exchanges
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Book customer fittings

**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND CHARACTERISTICS**
- Knowledge in performance cars and car modifying
- Ability to handle high call volumes with a positive attitude
- Knowledge & work experience in the automotive industry preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; confident, clear, and well spoken.
- Proactive mentality, keen to foreshadow hurdles and overcome challenges faced.
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide suitable solutions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
