Your role will be as a Housing Co-ordinator to the young people living in the supported accommodation in Hereford City Centre.

As our Housing Co-Ordinator you’ll have:

- An understanding of housing law, policy and practices
- Great interpersonal, communication and IT skills
- Knowledge of support requirements for young people
- Knowledge of HomePoint and housing benefits
- Experience of dealing with anti-social behaviour
- Experience of managing rent accounts
- Experience of liaising with community groups and other professional agencies
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use is essential.
