Junior Planner

Our client is looking for a Junior Planner to provide programming support to the project teams on a 6 month contract basis. You will report into the Project Manager, with accountability to the Site Manager. You will be responsible for all aspects of the Projects programme and project Controls, attend and guide internal / client progress meetings as well as collaboratively working with the design leads to gather progress information to compile and present to the project manager. This is a great opportunity to be part of an experienced team that have a significant impact on the successful delivery of these contracts, using state of the art project controls tools and techniques that provide concise information to the projects they support.

**Requirements**:

- A good basic understanding of information technologies, including construction experience
- A good working knowledge of MSP, Primavera P6 and MS excel using advances formulas is preferred.
- Good understanding of project and programme lifecycle (e.g. Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation / Commissioning process).
- Experience of developing multi-disciplinary (cost and resource loaded) baseline schedules in consultation with stake holders and managing the resulting interfaces.
- Full UK driving license

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
