We are recruiting a brand-new administrative role at Beacon Foods to work with our maintenance team. The role is to provide coordination of the maintenance requirements and schedules for production, facility equipment & systems on site. Main duties include:

- Preventive maintenance - follow a plan and issue jobs to engineers on a daily basis to ensure the regular and periodic (time-based) schedules are adhered to
- Planned / pre-determined maintenance - follow and update the factory schedule and Workmate maintenance system and ensure we are compliant
- Reactive maintenance - unexpected breakdowns, failures or issues to be issued to engineer or contractor in a timely manner to minimise production disruption
- Liaison between maintenance team, management, suppliers & contractors & support with coordination of specialist contractor companies when on site
- Permits: Issuing and managing contractor permits
- Update work records within the Workmate system to maintain accurate equipment history & maintain hard copy files and manuals
- Assist with stock takes of engineering department & ordering replacement and spare parts

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills
- Computer literate with Microsoft word
- Organised and efficient
- Problem solving & decision making
- Full training on the Workmate system will be provided

Details:

- Monday to Friday - start and finish time are flexible
- Hours - 25-30 hours per week (negotiable)
- Salary - competitive rate of pay

Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: From £14,950.00 per year
