Call Handler

Call Handler required for an organisation based in Wickford. Permanent, full time role (Monday to Friday)

Duties will include:

- Taking inbound calls from clients to book customer vans in for service and repair
- Following up with garages to ensure arrival and ETA's
- Liaising with field based engineers
- Dealing with day to day queries from engineers and clients

Experience in a similar role is preferred ideally within the automotive industry or construction equipment sector. You will need to have professional customer service skills and be IT literate with accurate keyboard skills.

Car owner preferred due to location of company on an industrial estate, unless you are local to Wickford.

**Salary**: £24,000 per annum
