**What’s Required?**

Whilst enthusiasm and the ability to provide a highly personable service are key, it is hoped that the successful IT Support Analyst / Support Engineer’s technical experience and abilities will include:

- Previous experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of both hardware and network infrastructure
- Proven experience of Windows Server administration, plus experience with the administration, support and maintenance of Microsoft 365, VMware and/or FortiGate firewall would be highly advantageous
- Great working knowledge of Active Directory
- Good working knowledge of cyber security risk management
- A-levels or equivalent, plus a driver’s licence and own vehicle would be highly advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills and happy within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
