Event Labourer

The Event Labour role will support our Event Operation Managers, who are responsible for overseeing some of the UK’s greatest events, including Carfest South, Royal International Air Tattoo, Brighton Pride, and Boomtown, to name a few The position will work on each festival for the build, live dates, and break.
This role will include working every weekend during the summer. It is a temporary position until the end of September, but the right person can progress into a permanent position and a career in event management.
**The Role**
- Support and work alongside our dedicated Event Management team
- To be on site during the build-live break of the major events, unloading and loading lorries, preparing equipment, and installing some elements of plumbing equipment.
- To stay on site during the live event in either caravans or local accommodation.
- Other dues as and when required
**Experience and Expertise**
- Hands-on, keen and willing to learn
- Can 'do' attitude
- Basic Plumbing or DIY Skills
- Ability to tow
- Used to Manual Hadling
- You may not have experience in every aspect of the role before, but that is okay. You will receive ongoing support and development to provide you with the skills and knowledge required for a successful career. All we ask for is a proactive, motivated attitude, high attention to detail, and a keen willingness to share your ideas to make the role a success.
