HMP Lowdham Grange is a category B training prison situated in Nottingham, operated by Serco. Lowdham Grange houses adult male offenders aged 21 and over with sentences over four years and with at least 12 months to serve. It has a maximum capacity of 920.

As the Visits Tea Bar Assistant you will be front of house in serving various items to prisoners and their families. You will collect stock from Main Kitchen and carry out stock checks. You will place orders via phone with approved supplier. You will clean area after each opening period in line with the Cleaning Schedule. You will assist in the Staff Bistro as and when required.

**What you need to do the job**

You will have basic computer knowledge. You will have GSCE in Maths and English. You will have previous experience of working in retail.
