**Sales Assistant (Aftersales)**

**Key responsibilities**
- Manage and develop the sales of custom/aftermarket parts and accessories, in-house and online
- Increase support for our service manager in his day-to-day operations
- Support the service department in managing workshop bookings to deliver excellent customer service
- Using our internal booking service and IT systems
- Stock control: ordering, shipping, packing and unpacking orders and putting stock in its correct location
- Packing and shipping online parts orders
- Assessing customer needs, selling our product range over the phone and face-to face, including hard parts, accessories and clothing, products that enhance their motorcycles and riding experience.

**To be successful in this role**
- You will need excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and a pleasant outlook.
- You may have previously worked as a: Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, Sales Assistant, General Assistant.
- Keen eye for detail
- Enthusiasm for Motorcycles

You will receive full product training and support, including specific product training from our most trusted suppliers.
