To be an accessible and visible presence across all wards and departments within the given area of responsibility, advising and supporting ward staff, patients and their families.
To facilitate, support and empower Ward and Departmental Managers to manage their areas effectively, supporting the development of the individual, their ward staff and their services
To work collaboratively with other Matrons in the Trust, contributing to the development and delivery of both Trust and Divisional objectives and assisting in the delivery of the Clinical Governance agenda.
