A Junior Estate Agent will provide office support to either an individual or the team and is vital for the smooth-running of our business. Their duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, entering data in spreadsheets and our CRM, and digital filing.
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Taking minutes
- Diary management and arranging appointments
- Data entry (sales and lettings figures, property listings etc.)
- Inspections booking and updates when property manager is away
- Property maintenance quotes, scheduling contractors
- Loading documents to our CRM
- Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
- Providing administration support to Reps, Property Manager and Senior Management

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Junior Estate Agent Level 2 Qualification through Learning Curve Group.

You will be taught through:

- 4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
- 20% Off The Job Training
- The course is a 12-15 months programme

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: From £6.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Birmingham, B1 2JS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
