**Your new role**
You will be working for a support provider that actively promotes the safeguarding of vulnerable adults, young people and children. As a Child care worker, you must be optimistic and compassionate about the care you provide, promoting good childcare practicesthrough the provision of a caring environment for the children in accordance with the home's statement of purpose and function, and in line with Nugent's core values.
