- Formulate commercially viable deal structures and share purchase agreements, and lead on their efficient execution, thereby contributing to our growth and ensuring adherence to the UK's regulatory framework
- Lead the M&A team, offering support and nurturing their development, while guiding them towards optimum performance
- Maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, including brokers, legal advisors, internal deal teams, and brand senior leadership teams

**You will bring**:

- At least 5 years of experience in M&A, with deal origination and execution from a corporate or advisory perspective
- Experience sourcing a pipeline of inbound and outbound deals, coupled with comprehensive oversight of deal execution
- Senior stakeholder management skills, with a consultative and collaborative approach that is free from ego
- Hands-on experience in deal modelling, evaluating opportunities, and scrutinising commercial terms in legal documents
- Experience in aligning bolt-on deal structures with broader brand incentives, coupled with the ability to foster a culture that encourages the right behaviours within the organisation
- A commitment to maintaining and enhancing our focus on automation and standardisation
- A passion for contributing to and promoting the sustainable growth of Next 15, recognising that acquisitions have been a central part of our story
- A commitment to ethical practices, ensuring that our acquisitions align with our core values, including our sustainable growth agenda and commitment to diversity.

**And in return, Next 15 offers**:

- Excellent salary
- 6% matched pension contributions
- 30 days annual leave
- Green Car scheme that saves you up to 40% on the cost of driving an electric car with a wide variety of cars to choose from
- Group Life insurance
- Flexible working
- Career progression
- Open and collaborative workplace culture
