**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF BREAKFAST TEAM MEMBER AT HIEX MANCHESTER AIRPORT**
- What you'll be doing..._

Reporting to the Duty Manager, you can expect you will be working Mon-Fri 06:00-11:00am:

- Meeting, greeting and seating guest
- Expalining to guests how the breakfast buffet works, and assisting with any queries
- Replenishing the buffet and keeping it clean, tidy and well stocked
- Clearing and re-setting tables
- Cleaning down the restaurant area after service and re-setting for next shift
