Sous Chef

An Exciting opportunity for a **Sous Chef** is available to join an experienced team at a luxury spa hotel which has a great reputation for offering its guests high quality dining. The hotel has a variety of outlets including an a la carte menuin the brasserie, lighter dishes are served in the bar, all day casual dining, afternoon teas and also meetings and weddings are catered for. The restaurant serves Modern/Classic dishes which are made using all fresh ingredients, you will have a strong inputon the menu in consultation with the Head Chef. This is a popular venue with both locals and guests staying at this destination hotel but you will experience good working conditions. This position would suit an ambitious **Sous Chef**as the head chef is pushing the standards forwards to achieve accolades.

**Requirements**:
An ambitious, enthusiastic, experienced head chef or **sous chef** with a proven track record working in a minimum 1AA rosette fresh food establishment.
