The Outpatient Booking Centre have an exciting opportunity to appoint a dedicated and methodical individual in a new role as eReferrals Compliance Officer, supporting the existing manager in ensuring the Trust’s efficient and effective use of the eReferrals system.

All GP referrals and advice & guidance requests into the organisation are managed through the eRS platform and the efficiency of the system is critical to the successful management of elective patient activity.

You will need to be able to work in a calm, logical and methodical way, with the ability to multi-task whilst dealing with frequent interruptions. You must be confident, diplomatic and able to work in a busy environment. You must possess excellent communication skills and a pleasant disposition, with the ability to be responsive to individual and Trust demands.

You will be required to have a good level of education, have detailed knowledge of the eRS system, and be a skilled user of the Patient Administration System (PAS).
