Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to work within a successful business environment.
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for promoting our clients products, market development and maintaining their CRM system.
**RESPONSIBILITIES - SALES MANAGER**
- Active promotion and sales of the client’s product within the assigned Territory.
- Visiting customers and delivering presentations.
- Managing and prepare authorised customer quotations.
- Account prospecting and market development.
- Preparing and delivery of a monthly Marketing Strategy and Sales Plan.
- Maintaining the CRM system for the territory.
- Weekly summary reports on the status of activities and sales.
- Project management of customer orders to include, statements of work and other relevant administration.
- Liaison with management teams.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
**DESIRED SKILLS - SALES MANAGER**
- Excellent communication skills - being able to speak to clients from all walks of life.
- Experience in an engineering background.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Be able to work independently and efficiently.
