As an administrator you will be responsible for liaising with our service, parts and administrative teams, as well as being a front line member or our customer-facing team with an element of sales support.

Responsibilities include:

- Liase and assist customers personally and by telephone in a professional manner
- Meet and greet visitors providing a welcoming environment and offering refreshments
- Provide customers with account assistance, invoice queries, taking notes of breakdowns and deal with purchase orders when required.
- Ensure the customer is happy and they have had the service they require and assist with resolving issues in a professional manner.
