Principal Technologist

The Principal Technologist will provide technical leadership across the project/program, whilst holding a level of line management to the Senior Technical resources aligned to the Business Unit.

The Principal Technologist will attend and contribute to the Technical Design Authority and support the Enterprise Architect on best practice. They will also contribute to policies and processes around ways of working, technical standards, and overall technicaldirection. They will be passionate about providing best-in-breed solutions for customers, with a focus on quality and value.

**Primary accountabilities**

The Principal Technologists primary accountabilities include:

- To be a member of the Technical Design Authority
- To have strong customer engagement & Solution Design skills
- Be a design owner
- Be a member of the Principal Technologist community
- Be a part of the Technical Design Authority & Change Advisory Board
- Be a technical leader / mentor to those junior
- Be an overall Architectural Visionary - Application / Security / Data

**Day to day activity**

- Plans activities and projects well in advance and takes account of possible changing circumstances

**About you**

You will be a highly motivated self-starter with commercial and technical experience in a product environment with knowledge of the digital technology and professional services sector.
- Dynamics 365 Accreditations
- C#, ASP.Net, Python, Java, JSon
- Enterprise CRM experience
- Experience of delivering multiple complex projects
- Customer engagement and management experience
- Strong written, verbal, and oral communication skills including proposal and RFI / RFP experience.
