**Responsibilities**:
1. Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including wines, cocktails, beers, and soft drinks, with exceptional attention to quality and presentation.
2. Engage warmly with customers, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at the bar, and assist in providing a memorable dining experience for families and patrons of all ages.
3. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper handling and storage of alcoholic beverages in adherence to safety and health standards.
4. Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of wines, cocktails, and beer selections, offering recommendations and assisting customers in making suitable choices to complement their meals.
5. Collaborate closely with the restaurant's servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of drinks to tables.
6. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, using the point-of-sale system to process orders and maintain an accurate account of sales.
7. Monitor and comply with all relevant legal regulations, including age restrictions and responsible alcohol service policies, to promote a safe and responsible dining environment.
8. Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, special promotions, and any new beverage offerings.
9. Demonstrate flexibility in working hours and availability to accommodate varying business demands, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant environment, ideally with experience in family-friendly establishments.
2. Extensive knowledge of wines, cocktails, and beer selections, with the ability to make creative and innovative drink recommendations.
3. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage warmly with families and customers of all ages.
4. Strong organisational skills, capable of multitasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Responsible and trustworthy, adhering to legal regulations and ensuring the safe and responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
7. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate restaurant operation hours.
