**Betterclean Services **is hiring a **Mobile Supervisor** at a payrate of **£13.50 per hour**. This role includes a company vehicle, fuel card, and work phone for business use only. **Travel time** between sites is paid at **£11.44 per hour** in line with National Living Wage.

This is a **part-time or full-time, permanent role, Monday-Friday,** with overtime available. Minimum contract of **30 hours per week**. Weekend availability is a **must **on a rota-basis, fairly shared between the team. This is a fully mobile role, so you must be a confident driver and happy to travel in and around Bristol, Bath, and surrounding areas.

The majority of this role is setting up new sites, interviewing, inducting and training new cleaners, and handling client complaints with the cleaners directly - you must be dedicated to providing excellent service, and stepping in as and when required to cover cleans to meet the needs of the business.
- 28 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays (unless jobs fall on those days)._
- Paid monthly by BACS._

**You must have the following experience and meet the following requirements**:

- Commercial cleaning (2+ years preferred)
- Supervisor experience (1+ year essential)
- Full UK driving license (driving for more than 2+ years)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexible approach to work due to staggered shifts (you will be required to cover cleaning shifts at a moment's notice, so must be fully flexible to meet the demands of the business, be this early AM, afternoon, late PM, etc)
- Passionate, trustworthy, and keen to progress in the role
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or agree to have one successfully carried out by the company)

You will be working in a well-established team of four other mobile cleaners, and you may be required to have a mobile buddy in the company van with you when required to meet the needs of the business when the calendar is busy.

This is a demanding but rewarding role working alongside passionate, friendly and driven team members who want to provide the best service possible to our clients.

**Duties include (but are not limited to)**:

- Mobile cleaning cover for sickness and holiday
- Assisting with starting new sites
- Handling client feedback
- Inducting and training cleaners
- Working in a team and independently as required

This role is varied. No two days are the same and the team pull together to get the job done, while also meeting for monthly team coffees to have a catch up
