We are currently seeking experienced senior Reinsurance professionals to join as part of a dedicated team of Reinsurance Technicians.

You will support your client base through transactional processing, securing reinsurance recoveries and through timely and accurate system entry.

**We have a number of opportunities across Pro Rata, Facultative and/or Excess of Loss specialisms, all on a permanent basis.**

**As a Senior Reinsurance Technician your responsibilities will include**:

- Manage your client portfolio, taking full responsibility of technical duties relating to client accounts, premiums and claims. Covering excess of loss and pro rata business or alternatively binder and facultative risks types.
- Assess and submit client and/or reinsurer presentation materials and communications
- Provide support and mentoring to less experienced colleagues
- Work with credit control to assist with collection of funds
- Manage all brokerage receivables, funding, retention, e-trading, post booking receipt, payment of funds and all management and transactional process steps
- Understand issues, resolve problems and queries

**To be a successful Senior Reinsurance Technician you will demonstrate**:

- Experience of working within a Reinsurance technical role
- Successful management of workload with an ability to manage expectations of all clients and stakeholders
- Ability to engage and negotiate with clients, market contacts and colleagues in a professional manner
